Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can chili beans

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Add onion flakes, tomato sauce, taco seasoning mix, and chili beans.
  3. Simmer the mixture over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Place Fritos on individual plates.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture over the Fritos to cover.
  6. Sprinkle with lettuce, chopped tomatoes, cheese, and sliced black or green olives.
  7. Top with sour cream before serving.
