Ingredients

  • 1 c. brown sugar, sifted
  • 1 beaten egg white
  • 2 c. pecans (whole)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • extra pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix egg white and brown sugar.
  2. Add vanilla and pecans. Using hands,
  3. add
  4. more pecans until the mixture is not gooey. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 250° for
  6. 30
  7. minutes.
  8. Turn off oven and leave cookies in oven for
  9. 30 minutes more.
  10. Remove cooled cookies from cookie sheet and store in an airtight container.
