Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked apricots and juice
  • 1/2 pint vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Press apricots through a sieve to extract pulp.
  2. Mix the apricot pulp with milk.
  3. Put vanilla ice cream in a pitcher.
  4. Pour the apricot and milk mixture over the ice cream.
  5. Stir until slightly blended before serving.
