Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
  • 8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Strain the crushed pineapple to remove excess liquid.
  2. Combine the cranberry sauce and drained pineapple in a mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir together the sour cream and confectioners sugar until smooth.
  4. Mix the sour cream mixture into the cranberry and pineapple mixture.
  5. Pour the combined mixture into refrigerator trays or a glass Pyrex dish.
  6. Freeze until solid, then scoop and serve.
