Ingredients

  • 4 qt. corn (cut from cob)
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 1 qt. water

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, salt, and water in a large pot.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Add the corn and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and cool.
  5. Pack the corn into containers and freeze.
