Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. margarine, softened
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine flour and sugar.
  3. Cut in margarine.
  4. Add egg and mix well.
  5. Press into bottom and up the sides of ungreased 8-inch pie pan.
  6. Poke a few small holes in crust to prevent air pockets from forming under crust.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Cool.
