- Combine pineapple, apples, oil, sugar and matzo meal.
- Mix well.
- Add beaten egg yolks.
- Mix well.
- Add prunes and apricots. Beat egg whites into peaks.
- Fold into batter.
- Pour into well-greased two-quart baking dish and bake for one hour and 15 minutes at 350°.
