Ingredients

  • 3 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cups crushed drained pineapple
  • 6 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cherries in a heavy pot.
  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Add chopped maraschino cherries to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Seal the marmalade in sterilized jars.
  5. Process the jars in a hot water bath for 10 minutes.
