Fruited Champagne Punch

A refreshing, bubbly fruit punch with pineapple, citrus, and champagne, perfect for parties, brunches, or celebrations that need a light, fruity alcoholic beverage.

Ingredients

  • 46 oz. can unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 6 oz. can frozen pineapple-orange concentrate, thawed
  • 12 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 qt. water
  • 3 fifths champagne, chilled

Instructions

  1. Blend the unsweetened pineapple juice, thawed pineapple-orange concentrate, and thawed lemonade concentrate until smooth.
  2. Add water to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Chill the punch in the refrigerator for several hours to allow flavors to blend and the mixture to cool.
  4. Just before serving, mix in the chilled champagne.
