Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and quartered

Instructions

  1. Dissolve jello in water.
  2. Add ice cream and stir until melted. Add cherries, pineapple and nuts.
  3. Place in 2-quart mold and refrigerate.
  4. Serves 8 to 10 people.
