Fruited Ham Slice

Ingredients

  • 1 slice fully cooked ham 1-inch thick
  • 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments
  • 1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Score fat or remove fat from ham.
  2. Depending on slice of ham, place in 8-inch square dish or 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
  3. Drain syrup from fruit and save; arrange fruit over ham.
  4. Place dish in microwave and cook 10 minutes.
  5. Combine syrup, sugar, cornstarch and cloves; pour over ham.
  6. Continue cooking 8 to 10 more minutes. Spoon juices over fruit and serve.
