Fruited Mold

Instructions
- Coat 8-cup mold with nonstick cooking spray.
- Layer blueberries, strawberries and nectarine slices in mold.
- Set aside.
- In medium saucepan, combine cranberry apple juice, unflavored gelatin, honey and 1 1/2 cups water.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Cook juice-gelatin mixture over low heat for 5 minutes until gelatin is dissolved, stirring constantly.
- Carefully pour mixture into mold with fruit.
- Chill 3 hours until firm.
