- Wash your t-mators and slice them good-n-thin, about 1/8-inch thick.
- Now get you a good, big bowl and add flour, salt, pepper and garlic; stir it up.
- Now start adding your brew until it gets nice and thick, sort of like good gravy!
- Put cooking oil in a large skillet and get it good and hot.
- Dip your mators in batter. Put them in skillet and fry them golden brown.
- Lay them on a paper towel and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
- Eat them while they're hot.
