- sift all dry ingredients together
- mix egg and milk together then add to dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
- more milk may be needed but add it slowly until constistancy of pancake batter, fill pan with 1 inch of oil and heat
- keep on medium heat add small drop of batter and when it browns and floats the oil is ready.
- shake p.sugar on a cookie tray then drop by rounded tbls, they will look like mini pancakes, when they bubble flip them n when they float take them out n put on sugar then shake more on top, continue until done then enjoy
- this recipe can be doubled
