Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs cabbage, shredded
  • 3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup mint leaf, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingrediens in a mixing bowl.
  2. Dress with 2/3 cup Nuoc Cham, and serve.
  3. I think it's better the next day. Just cover it tightly in the refrigerator.
