- Pressure cook the grated carrot with milk for 2-3 whistles.
- Heat the pan, add ghee and then the chopped almonds and cashews.
- Once they are fried, add the cooked carrot and keep stirring. Once the milk is evaporated and carrot is completely cooked, add the sugar and keep stirring.
- Add little ghee if required and once the concoction comes without sticking to the pan turn it off and serve it hot.
