Garlic Lover'S Noodles

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. wide egg noodles
  • 6 to 12 cloves garlic (6 for regular, 12 for comatose)
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. dried basil

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles in saucepan on low-medium heat.
  2. Saute garlic, oil and basil until garlic is soft (not browned).
  3. Place drained noodles in serving dish.
  4. Pour garlic mixture over noodles; mix thoroughly, sprinkling Parmesan cheese according to taste.
  5. Serve. Makes 4 servings.
