  • potato slices
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Put potato slices in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
  2. Sprinkle about 1/4 cup water over potatoes.
  3. Pour melted butter with garlic salt over potatoes.
  4. Cover with waxed paper or plastic wrap.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes on High.
  6. Check for tenderness, continue cooking 5 minutes at a time until done to your liking.
