Ingredients

  • 3-4 garlic scapes, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice (to taste)
  • 1 can canneli beans
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (to texture)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Pinch of sugar (to taste)
  • 2-3 tbsp water (to texture)

Instructions

  1. add ingredients to food processor or blender, blend to texture of a dip, adding 2-3 tablespoons water, as necessary, and desired flavor
