Garlicky Steamed Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 package Frozen Broccoli Pieces (or 3-4 Cups Total; You Can Also Use Fresh Broccoli)
  • 1/3 cups Softened Butter, Margarine, Or Spread
  • 2 Tablespoons Crushed Or Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly combine butter, garlic, and salt. Set aside.
  2. Add broccoli to a microwave safe bowl, along with 1/3 cup of water. Cover loosely with Saran Wrap or a paper towel. Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes or until broccoli is heated thoroughly. Drain and discard liquid at the bottom of the bowl. Add the garlic butter mixture to the cooked broccoli. Toss to coat as the butter melts.
  3. Serve warm. (Great with Raspberry Chicken and Coconut Rice)
