Ingredients

  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 sponge or pound cake
  • 2 Tbsp. apricot preserves

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until firm and set aside.
  2. Mix the pudding with the milk until combined.
  3. Fold in whipped cream.
