Gator Taco

Instructions
- In hot skillet, use 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Add remaining tablespoon of oil to 2 cups of gator meat; work into meat well before placing in skillet.
- When meat has cooked thoroughly, add onion soup mix and cumin; also add taco seasoning.
- Cook until flavors have mingled together.
- Taste to adjust salt and black pepper.
- Use in prepared taco shells with cheese, lettuce, onion, tomatoes or sour cream, salsa, cocktail sauce, etc.
