Instructions
- In medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, egg yolks, and shortening. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, coconut and pecans.
- Cool 15 minutes. Spread on cake or brownies.
