Ginger Beef Warm-wich

Ingredients

  • 14 cup Miracle Whip or 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh gingerroot or 12 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 crusty sandwich buns, split
  • 8 slices cooked deli roast beef (about 1/3 lb.)
  • 14 cup sliced green onion
  • 8 slices red peppers, rings

Instructions

  1. Mix dressing and ginger; spread on cut sides of rolls.
  2. Fill with remaining ingredients: wrap in foil.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve warm.
