Instructions
- Slice thinly the ginger soaked in soy sauce.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium-low heat, then add the carrot and cook until become slightly soft (for about 2 mins).
- Put in sliced ginger and stir fry for 20 seconds.
- Top with the minced shiso leaves (optional).
