Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 ounce ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 12 cups water

Instructions

  1. wash the rice until the water turns clears,drain it and leave it 10min.
  2. cut the ginger into finely.
  3. put the all ingredient in a rice cooker and cook it.
  4. after cook turn the rice from bottom to top.
