Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups ginger ale
  • 1 cup chopped fresh pears or 1 cup canned pears

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water in a large bowl.
  2. Add the lemon juice and ginger ale.
  3. Chill until slightly thickened.
  4. Fold in Pears.
  5. Chill until firm.
