Ginger- Soy Vegetable Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried ginger (or 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients well; chill.
  2. Serve with fresh vegetables for snacking.
  3. This will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
  4. If using fresh ginger, cut slices perpendicular to the direction of the fibers, then place chucks in a garlic press and crush.
