Gingered Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. each: teriyaki sauce and dry sherry
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. grated, pared ginger root
  • 2 salmon steaks (5 oz. each)
  • 6 chives
  • 1/2 each: lemon and lime, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In glass or stainless-steel shallow bowl, large enough to hold salmon steaks in a single layer, combine teriyaki sauce, sherry, lemon juice and ginger root.
  2. Add salmon and turn to coat with marinade.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight, turning fish occasionally.
