- In glass or stainless-steel shallow bowl, large enough to hold salmon steaks in a single layer, combine teriyaki sauce, sherry, lemon juice and ginger root.
- Add salmon and turn to coat with marinade.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight, turning fish occasionally.
