Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in water.
- Stir in sugar, liquid nonfat milk, butter and salt.
- Stir in 3 1/4 cups flour.
- Knead on floured board until smooth and elastic.
- Work in additional flour, about 8 minutes.
- Place in buttered bowl; brush with butter.
- Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled.
- Punch down.
