- Cook potatoes in boiling salted water to cover for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.
- Drain and mash.
- Add 3 tablespoons butter and remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon into a serving bowl; drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Serve immediately.
- Yields 6 to 8 servings.
