Good Quick Pickles

Ingredients

  • 32 oz. jar dill pickles
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 tsp. pickling spice

Instructions

  1. Drain pickles and rinse.
  2. Wash in cold water and drain.
  3. Cut in quarters; put back in jar.
  4. Cook sugar, vinegar, water and spice.
  5. Bring to boil; remove from heat and cool.
  6. Pour over pickles; cap and refrigerate for 3 days.
