Ingredients

  • 1 pita bread half
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter in pita, covering both inside surfaces. Spread honey on top of peanut butter and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
  2. Kids really "go-pher" this sandwich.
