Gouda Wrap

Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Remove red wax from Gouda.
- Unwrap crescent rolls and pinch together seams to form two rectangles. Wrap rolls around cheese in two sheets, until cheese is encrusted. Place in oven until crust is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and serve with pepper jelly on top.
- Serve hot on Triscuits crackers. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
