Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chopped chilies
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3/4 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 c. chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken.
  2. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix and heat soups, onion, chilies, cheese and broth.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti and chicken.
  5. Heat in a 350° oven in a 9 x 13-inch pan until bubbly.
