Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. pickling spice
  • 5-inch dill
  • 2 (1-inch) garlic cloves
  • pinch of mustard seed

Instructions

  1. Boil water, salt, and vinegar in a small pot.
  2. Meanwhile, place cucumbers, pickling spice, dill, garlic cloves, and mustard seed in a sealable glass jar.
  3. Once liquids are boiled, pour into the jar and seal tightly.
  4. Let sit until cool.
  5. Once cooled, place in refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks or until desired crunch.
