"Grand Dragon" Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 5 c. plain flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 full tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast in warm water; set aside, while mixing other ingredients.
  2. Be sure yeast is thoroughly dissolved.
  3. Mix together dry ingredients; add remainder of warm water and oil to make a soft dough.
  4. Set aside, covered, at room temperature for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
