Ingredients

  • 4 c. tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • chopped hot pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients, bring to a boil and cook in an iron skillet on low heat for 1/2 hour.
