Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vanilla pudding
  • 4 None coconut macaroons, lightly crushed
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream, whipped
  • 7 oz seedless red grapes, peeled, halved

Instructions

  1. Gently fold pudding, macaroons, whipped cream and three-quarters of the grapes together. Spoon into serving glasses. Top with remaining grapes. Chill for 20 mins before serving.
