Grape Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (1 envelope)
  • 14 cup water
  • 1 12 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 cup diced apple
  • 14 cup diced celery

Instructions

  1. soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat in a small saucepan over low heat stirring constantly until dissolved.
  3. Add apple juice.
  4. Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
  5. Stir in fruit and celery.
  6. Pour into a serving bowl or 3-cup mold.
  7. Chill until set.
