Ingredients

  • small or cut up cucumbers
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 bunch grapes (green)
  • 1 c. vinegar (hot)
  • water (hot)
  • 6-inch end of grapevine

Instructions

  1. Use
  2. half
  3. gallon
  4. jar.
  5. Use 3-inch cucumbers or cut up larger ones.
  6. Put cucumbers in jars, leaving about an inch at the
  7. top of the
  8. jar.
  9. Add 2 tablespoons salt (not piled), 1 bunch green grapes
  10. (small)
  11. and 1 cup hot vinegar.
  12. Fill to about
  13. 1-inch from
  14. the top.
  15. Put in 6-inches of the end of a grapevine (tender end).
  16. Fill with boiling water.
