Ingredients

  • 2 cups red seedless grapes
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 -2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine grapes, yogurt, milk and sugar in blender.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
