Ingredients

  • 1 brick cream cheese
  • horseradish
  • apricot or pineapple jam
  • Ritz type cracker

Instructions

  1. Spread top of "brick" with horseradish.
  2. Pour apricot or pineapple jam over the whole mess.
  3. Now slice off a slab and smear on a Ritz type cracker.
  4. Dare you to bite into it. Double dare you to eat just one!!!
