Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 3 cans green beans
  • 1 can crushed whole tomatoes
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Saute onions in a little oil until translucent.
  2. Add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Add green beans, salt, and pepper, then continue to simmer.
  4. Cook for a couple of hours, adding water as needed to prevent drying and burning.
