Green Beans With Sage

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. green beans
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 tsp. rubbed sage

Instructions

  1. Trim green beans. Cook beans in boiling water, salted, until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. In the hot pot, melt butter with 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and the sage. Add the green beans and toss to coat.
