Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. Kraft prepared horseradish
  • 8 whole wheat bread slices
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, sliced
  • 4 boiled ham slices
  • soft Parkay margarine

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, mustard, and horseradish, mixing until well blended.
  2. Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each bread slice.
  3. For each sandwich, cover one bread slice with process cheese spread, add ham, and top with the second bread slice. Spread the outside of the sandwich with margarine.
  4. Grill the sandwiches until lightly browned on both sides.
