- Marinate vegetables in 1/4 cup dressing and 1 tsp thyme for 1 hour.
- Preheat grill. Cook vegetables over medium-high heat for 3-8 mins, turning occasionally, until tender. Serve with remaining dressing and garnish with remaining thyme.
