Grilled Oriental Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 1 oz. soy sauce
  • 1 oz. dry white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 (8 to 10 oz.) strip steaks or beef tenderloin

Instructions

  1. Blend spices in a closeable container.
  2. Place steaks in.
  3. Blend and brush over meat.
  4. Refrigerate overnight to marinate.
  5. Preheat gas grill to high, then add steaks to sear outside.
  6. Flip over; continue cooking until your desired doneness.
