Grilled Venison Packets

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium high.
  2. Place venison steaks on foil.
  3. Place pats of butter over steaks.
  4. Then cover steaks with sliced onions and mushrooms.
  5. Sprinkle spicy steak seasoning over all.
  6. Fold foil into packet and seal edges.
  7. Place on hot grill and grill for about 10 minutes. We usually flip the packet, but its not necessary.
  8. Carefully slice open foil - steam will be very hot. Enjoy!
