Ingredients
Instructions
- Brown ground meat with onion, salt and pepper to taste, oregano and some red pepper.
- Pour into dish with tomatoes, water and bay leaf.
- Mix with cooked rice.
- Push this mixture into top of bell pepper rings.
- Bake in 350° oven for approximately 45 minutes.
